Their Absinthe Alembic Blanche is double distilled from Muscat brandy in American copper pot stills, made by Vendome Copper & Brassworks in Butchertown, Kentucky. A small-batch absinthe, it’s not chill-filtered with no flavors, colors or sugar added.

The classic absinthe botanicals, including Artemisia absinthium, anis, and fennel are distilled by hand and result in an herbaceous and subtle nose with pastoral aromas as well as a harmonious palate with layers of signature grande wormwood, sweet fennel, and licorice flavors. Bottled at 130 proof, you can enjoy it any way you like – on rocks, as a julep, or in unique cocktails.
